The ever-changing regulatory environment constantly brings new issues to the forefront. The monitoring of different compounds or lower compliance levels is just a couple of the usual changes. Data Packages provide a significant amount of information that is used to make important and expensive decisions. Without an in-depth knowledge of the current methodologies, the validity of this data cannot be determined. SunLabs’ personnel have over sixty-five years combined experience with a variety of methodologies and instrumentation. We have participated in and passed a great number of audits by a wide variety of regulatory agencies and clients. This experience gives SunLabs the ability to quickly and accurately review laboratory data to determine whether the data is accurate and acceptable.

Laboratory data is the basis of many important decisions. Laboratory data is used to determine a facility’s compliance with its appropriate permits, verify if a batch or lot has the appropriate levels of a specific compound, or even identify the presence of a list of contaminants. With SunLabs’ intimate knowledge of laboratory operations, we can assist our Clients with laboratory audits to determine if the Data Quality Objectives of a project have been met, or if the data is compliant with respect to the applicable methods and/or regulations.

With the challenge of today’s market place, it is not always possible for our Clients to keep a large staff of personnel to assist with their entire field sampling needs. SunLabs’ personnel have many years’ experience in the proper collection of samples from many varied matrices. This experience covers a wide range of protocols from collection of a simple grab sample to complex sampling plans on a Superfund site. All SunLabs personnel have been trained in accordance with 29CFR1910.120.

In addition to sampling capabilities, SunLabs personnel have performed the duties of on-site Quality Assurance Officer. This duty involves maintaining compliance with appropriate SOPs and maintaining continuous custody of all sample containers throughout the entire project.

While SunLabs has a variety of standard reporting formats available; we realize that it may be necessary to produce data in a Client specific format. Through the use of our LIMS system and our in-house IT staff, SunLabs is able to quickly respond to and meet unique reporting requirements.

SunLabs is able to provide Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs). These reports can be used for Database Management or submittal to various Government agencies. Our LIMS system enables us to support many standard EDD formats and can be configured to support custom format requirements.
